Sadly, the group I operated in kind of died a slow death, and my usefulness ran out. Additionally, all of steam changed, but by that point it was too late. My spiritual successor still lives on in a Discord server not too far from here.

Well, it's not that hard. If you don't know how to program, learn that first. If you don't know javascript, that's the next step. Using Node.js is not really hard (Getting it to run on Windows is, though) and node-steam has plenty of documentation and examples.
