CS:GO Review
I never have done a review before but i feel like this game doesn't get enough "real" ones.

I have been playing Counter-Strike since source. I didn't get into global offensive until about a year ago and it's a really good game. In source I found it was hard to find competitive games so having so many options in CS:GO (Counter-Strike Global Offensive) was awesome for me, it let me take my game to the next level.

But let's get into the game, I'll give you a brief summary of what the game is and then do some pros and cons.

Counter-Strike: Global Offensive (CS:GO) is a first-person shooter video game which is a part of the Counter-Strike series. It was announced to the public on August 12, 2011, and is developed by Valve Corporation and their partner, Hidden Path Entertainment. The game was later released on August 21, 2012 for the Playstation 3, Xbox 360, Microsoft Windows, and OS X and later Linux as a downloadable title.

CS:GO is very competitive on some of the consoles (mostly PC) and is well known as one of the biggest E-Sports. With various online tournaments and LAN tournaments; that side of the community is a great marketer and inspires people to get better. The more casual competive side aka. Matchmaking, Faceit, ESEA etc. is a little more harsh if your not with friends; mostly in MM (Matchmaking). But we will get into that in the pros and cons.

I'm not going to tell you every single thing about the game, but this is just to give you some reference if you're going to buy the game. So let's jump into the pros and cons.

Pros:
- Resonable price range.
-Skins!
-Gameplay is smooth even if you have low settings on a crap top.
-Very balanced gameplay wise.
-Maps are made to play for angles, time put into the corners to make perfect firefights.
- Lot's of players in every rank; good for new players so they won't get obliterated.
-Popular all over the world.
-Steep learning curve; this could be seen as a pro or con, depends on the person.
-A pick up game if you're not playing competitive.
-Lot's of community servers, with different game modes, and improved ones.
-Overall very fun game.

Cons:
-Took out a lot of the cool stuff from old Counter-Strike games.
-Hackers, smurfs etc. They get annoying but [smurfs] also help you to get better.
-Trolls.
-In higher ranks it's a necessity to have at least one friend with you.
-Solo queue is hell in any rank.
-Steep learning curve; this could be seen as a pro or con, depends on the person.
-The community is very harsh sometimes, make sure you can withstand all of the bullies.
-Derankers, boosters etc. they ruin the game and another reason not to solo queue.

That's all I can really think of for right now, if I think of more I'll come back and put them in. I hope I helped anyone who needed help deciding on buying this game or getting back into it. It's my favourtie game and is still thriving and will continue to do it for a long time.

Thanks, KeeKee.
