First time player. First map or two, it was OK (playing Haven campaign). Then it came to this big stone giant. I spent a ton of time trying ot build an army only for it to be wiped out (I musted restertedthe map 3 times), only to barely beat that map with the giant my 3rd try. And then the next map, the same guy I killed was STILL ALIVE!! Worst, before I could even build defense and an army, 2 enemy heroes started to troll the map, wiping me out. THIS IS WHAT HAPPENS WHEN STUPID DEVELOPERS DON'T PLAY THEIR OWN GAMES, HAVE SOMEONE OVER THEIR SHOULDER TELLING THEM WHAT EVERYTHING DOES, AND BETA TESTING WITH LONG TERM FANS WHO ARE ALREADY EXPERTS!

If you are new, don't get it. It seemed fun, but the difficulty and lack of option to change difficulty make it UNPLAYABLE in later maps of campaing.

Got my $$$ once - never again.

I should have payed attentio to the more than 40% of negative reviews. I saw it, but figured folk were just hating or something. Really, it looks good and is fun (for new players, not for veterans), but its diffiiculty make it a waste of time and money. Don't get it. You'd be better off playing Spellforce 2 or something.
