1. BRAND NEW function from steam - now you can send me trading offer even if im offline and didnt added you to friends - use this link https://steamcommunity.com/tradeoffer/new/?partner=105692205&token=ujQBR-ap

2. When you add someone, open your friend list and find that person in "pending" category and use nickname" function (you can notice the reason of adding)
when that person accept you - you will know why you added him.

3. If someone already added you, but you cant get him online - use steam trade offers feature
