Exposition, Concurrence and Summation
This ain't your grandmother's kaleidoscope.

This is one of the few Bullet hell games I got really into; I've tried a fair number of them but never found them compelling enough to learn the patterns or get acclimated to the chaos.

This game has a ship but the actual hit box is clearly defined even amongst all the chaos. There is even a focus beam attack that will additionally destroy bullets as well as do damage when it gets too hectic. For want of a better term, the game is mildly RPG-ish in that you earn skill points to increase damage or give yourself more health/continues. It's also come to my attention that 'Dark Souls' has become somewhat of a genre, and in that regard the boss battles in the this game evoke that sentiment. Insofar that they have repeatable and recognizable bullet spray patterns.

The game also features a superb OST. Its a sort of progressive techno metal (you may know the term 'djent') that I find extremely pleasing.

THE GIST
Very enjoyable but short arcade-esk bullet hell campaign with one of the best OST's maybe ever. (possible hyperbole may have been used in previous statement however the truth is not far off)
