Awful content for a very high price, not only it's not worth it, it actually worsens the experience of the game.
The legends system is awfully shallow and yet extremely complex and not rewarding enough for all the attention it might demand from you, you get nothing in terms of personalization of your legends, just more pop-ups in a pop-up heavy game that affect only the flavour of the legend and nothing more.
The plagues are also a shallow system, a shame really, both systems had great potential but both were woefully done, it is not only disappointing, but enraging that they charge for this.

We need to take back control of our manage democracy.
