It appeared rather well done, and though challenging was quite eventful.

Then things happened. I was dealing with quite a few rebellions, and thought that while annoying it was a fair mix of representing Caesar's campaign in Gaul with my own actions. All of a sudden completely unavoidable discontent shoots through the roof all over Gaul, and soon I am faced with a completely scripted rebellion all over the country. In every single province a death stack of 20 unit armies are insta-spawned. And I had not even gotten to the stage where I had wrapped the war up with Northern tribes.

If not for that pathetic scripted nonsense, this would actually have been a quite good DLC. As it stands, this DLC suddenly feels very unimmersive (did anything I did cause a rebellion? No, it was scripted to happen no matter what I did. Why not just remove control of everything else while you're at it CA?) that will have absolutely 0 replayability, as the defining moment of the DLC is, and always will be a scripted rebellion that indicates a very poor set of skills possesed by the developers.
