Even though the gameplay itself gets repetitive very quickly, following is indeed crucial into making this game a success nonetheless:

"More than 30 joust levels, each with unique physical properties that change up your unicorn-sword tactics.".

However, I've finished Adventure Mode only, and tasted Survival Mode a bit, and it seems way more interesting with its perks and overall Roguelike or (maybe) Roguelite feel, whereas I was wondering why there were 0 upgrade etc. possibilities during the Adventure. It's a shame that this mode isn't proactively marketed; e.g. no Survival Mode leaderboards, no specific achievements (to motivate the player). Together with the fact that some of the Adventure Mode levels were poorly executed — Tightrope and Rope Bridge above all — vs. the annoying attack's cooldown time (resulting in button mashing at times ...), I'll have a closer look at 'SuMo' and maybe enjoy some more!

7.77/u|\|1(0.-|\| — Game needs more testing & at least a possibility/perk(s) (as in Survival Mode) to lower the cooldown time for attacks, so I won't feel there are input lags❗ Otherwise, a game that deserves more attention and one that has way more potential!

Can't remember the last time I had só much of a love-hate relationship with a game, and I was 2x close to quitting, but took 2 breaks instead ...

There's something magical about this game that made me want to reach the end, but the developers feat. designers really fail to encourage the player to make progress/reward progress with enough incentives. The game is centered around grinding loot, and while I didn't bother with it too much at first — before it would become a Collectathon — it turned out a lot is needed for gadgets, but especially upgrades and before I could acquire the last piece for the Chariot (🏁), I needed to replay some levels for more loot while being aware of Lo_oters that will possibly take away your '🥇'. So, it still ends up like Collect a ton, even though hindsight I would have played differently and could have ditched certain gadgets/upgrades!
TL;DR — you nail a lot of (Platforming) trials vs. you get almost n💰thing/no return on time investment = bittersweet taste.

7.77 — L👿vely 👼ttempt and exciting trials on life & death trails, but have a lesson in neuroscience! Of course there will be plenty of endorphins with 2 players, but apart from attempting to grab the large blue jewels in co-op, summing it up, I don't really see the need for a 'honeymoon' with the King's remains ...

UPDATE/FINISHED: the part where I used Telekinesis for the 1st time turned out to be a time-waster, as on my 2nd attempt, the platform still disappeared, and I kept wandering in other parts of the world in order to progress ... Too many annoyances that ruined the fun, and yet, it's still charming and the 'one-man band' is nevertheless well behind this game; he responded already!
NEUTRAL verdict @5.5/10 — I have a spare 🔑 but don't feel to share it ...

❣: the developer is a really friendly person — who sadly seems to have 'left the building' — and has put a lot of love into this game; it's charming design in the end. He even offered me a game key for some simple feedback, but (I'm sorry):

🧠: it's simply impossible to recommend this game to anyone in its current state (let's not say abandoned yet, and I'll try to contact the dev!):
1) Teleportation is, without a doubt, game-breaking, and it has also resulted in a reset of (secret) items to its original place;
https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3155390474
2) You'll (possibly) get stuck in bushes/vegetation a lot and barely anything seems really solid. In line with previous: there was this area with platforms that didn't become solid again (after teleportation);
3) Respawning is unreliable, and for instance I've respawned under water a few times (no swim-ability);
https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3155390496
4) Telekinesis: so far, could only use it once, and I moved a platform (very slowly) while it decided to disappear without a hint (reproduced this, and it seems time-based?!) ☠
5) Controls aren't accessible via Controls but via Presenter Mode ...

That's it for now, and I will try to get through, but so far it seems more like a 'glitching adventure' in order to reach places as well. Exhausting, sadly :(

4/10 — TBC

It appears things have changed when it comes to the 'freemium'-model, and with 2 free coins on a daily basis = 2 locations without fuel/distance limit, I gotta say there's freedom enough! Even though this Simulator is quite rough around the edges, there's a lot more potential for it to make it an outstanding experience.

'Mixed bag' in a way, but would say the ratings are to be considered outdated, hence my positive verdict already. Subject to change ...
EDIT: 1 free coin on the 2nd day 🤔

The 🧩 pieces are easy to place in this one, but such fine film noir style and I was instantly dragged in by the music track Rectified[soundcloud.com].

8.5/10 — Time = +value4‿0💲; unlike the private investigator, I never smoked, but maybe 1x the dopamine-value of a FREE cigarette?! Of course my brain won't howl after this tiny novel ;-)

So much love was put into this game, and it reminds me of this game Wuppo — with a similar level of (dialogue) detail! However, it's maybe my fault for not looking close enough and conclude this game is aimed at speedrunners; e.g. the focus on time-trophies, a constant timer while playing, an extra countdown timer bar for the stomach acid (basically: the floor is lava from a certain moment in-game/level!). I'm used to it in a way, but I prefer to explore levels without pressure at first, after which I can A+ or S them later if I wish, like in SMB(F). Still tried to deal with it, but with the most optimal mapping for me (D for jumping, S for dashing & Shift for morphing), together with previous and the fact that you need to press so many buttons at once from time to time, it had become an exhausting game for me.

(Nevertheless) 7.5/10 — The developer is very passionate and well behind this creation, but I had to add the Speedrunning-🏷 ... It seems you need to be lightning-fast if you attempt to be the speedrunner, but the game offers almost too much and so, there are multiple playstyles to choose from as well that may help!

There's American 🥧 (🎦), there's American 🥧+ ('83IN9 4 D1k'), but I'm maybe happy that American Pie- scores even better as the maturest of 'm all! Usually easily bored with Visual Novels, but here I was curious enough to go with a 2nd click (or no click) ... ;-)

9/10 — It clicked with me, and especially the absence of colour. Also nice that the game goes a bit beyond its borders 🔎

For someone who fancies 'finding Wally' once in a while, this free piece is a better choice than expected, as it definitely offers a bit of a 🔍‿🔎-challenge if you decide nót to zoom in immediately.

However, too many of these games — copycats? — and I see what developers are doing here, so I probably won't financially support these games/practices.

7.5/10 — almost, technically, colourless, but with some colour for the soul 😺

A cute 'intermezzo' between more challenging play(through)s, but for the default price tag, there's not enough content! I wish they had at least expanded that 1 (hidden) balance game, because I sense there's potential.

7/1🏓 — Storm Boy (1976) or Storm Boy (2019)? 🎦 Vote below! 😁

From "What's up?""On a scale from 1 - 1🌞, how are you feeling today?" ➡ Razp🥓tin Aquato entering your mindscape and facing max. 36 little inner monsters (flash)back & forth; tackling them with great accuracy!
0% gibberish to me, very carefully & mindfully created! 'Basic Braining' Card Game, but when it comes to the 'emotional extraction' of the main feeling via the 6 auxiliary feelings, which, on their turn, could be affected by any of the environments, I have to say it's very brainy!

J😃y/1🧠 — 'Mem Stress Test' is a nice bonus! Missing leaderboards though ...
