After a back and forth with Pearl Abyss Support I was finally able to get a clear answer, it was like their support do not know how to talk to their players at all, they cannot clarify anything first time around and their wording of everything is extremely vague.

From a customer service/support stand point - I would rate their responses as extremely poor - when you are copy/pasting the same response to multiple players (Confirmed with my friend who is in the same position who also raised an inquiry)

More to my point of this review, PA have confirmed that should you refund this DLC package your account will be banned from Black Desert, something which wasn't mentioned in the developer response, again this is very poor communication to a playerbase who they promised they wanted to communicate more with and build a relationship with.

In my opinion - Pearl Abyss are not interested in building any kind of relationship with the playerbase, they only want a relationship with your wallet and credit cards.

If they truly wanted to communicate and build a relationship they would have employed someone who actually knows how to speak to people first time around and be clear and concise with the information they are providing.

TLDR - If you refund the DLC, you will be banned from black desert.
