Good (if on sale) for testing your system stability as well as the results of your settings changes for your GPU or CPU. I don't think an application like this should have DLC though.

A wacky FPS filled with a bunch of unique characters and a diverse play style to boot. Every class has its pros and cons, every game is different, and its hard to master all the different tactics. Constant updates keep gameplay fresh, and keeps bugs and hackers at bay. This game is Valve's greatest effort, and will be king for years to come.
