This game is pretty damn good.
Yes, it's way more simplistic than a normal BlazBlue game but I don't really see that as a bad thing. Due to the simplicity of this game, and the fact that it's 2v2, the combo potential is pretty nuts. It's also fairly easy to get good at this game so literally anybody can pick this game up and have a good time with their friends.

Side note: This game was my very first BlazBlue game, and playing this inspired me to purchase BlazBlue Central Fiction. A more complicated fighting game, but after knowing more about the characters from playing BBTAG, I'm dedicated to learn more about CF.

I highly reccommend Cross Tag Battle if people are new to fighting games. This game can be a gateway to many other fighting games for you.
