ducks cannot move that fast on land, though they can fly. putting knives in their wings wout weigh them down and they would crash, plus walruses have thick, tough hide so knives wont cut it (no pun intended). while in water, the walrus would be able to go under where the duck cant see it, and also would have flippers and could easily eat a duck in a couple bites.
