Been playing CA games since Rome
Probably given more of my money to CA than any other developer

After your absolute hatred for the people who kept you afloat, I can't wait to watch you rot. Good luck CA

So obviously I don't have many hours logged in,but I am awestruck. The ammount of detail and work that has gone into this is amazing. I haven't played any trucking simulators but I've been a trucker for the past few years. Eventually I'll update my review but I've seen some negative reviews and I know this game is on sale (Which is what pushed me to pick it up) and I don't want to see people miss out on this. So the best part hands down is the detail and the fun of driving a truck without the stress of dealing with four wheelers. Although that's also sort a negative as the four wheelers aren't exactly realistic as I was expecting them to wait till the last second to jump off the interstate in front of me. I am also seriously impressed with the random road events I've been coming across, lanes being shut down from accidents and vehicles down on the shoulders.

Best part is that they allow me to paint my trucks red, cause as every Ork knows red makes em go fasta

Bobtailling on a curved road, come around a curve to see a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ cop trying to pass another truck on the curve, runs into me even though I slammed on my brakes. I get a 1700 dollar ticket and damage to my truck. Even in video games cops are being morons and ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ other people.

DO NOT BUY THIS GAME IF YOU VALUE MONEY
Buy StarDrive 1, it's a far more playable game and is actually enjoyable

I realize I'm going to be bashed in the comments by a bunch of fan boys and that's fine because personally after painfully trying to play this game for as long as I did and that I struggled to attempt to enjoy it I don't mind people insulting me, at least I didn't waste perfectly good drinking money on them.

Let me start off with saying I loved StarDrive, it still remains one of my favorite games I've played. The dev had quite the gem with it and because of StarDrive, I had no hesitation whatsoever to purchase StarDrive 2, especially after the wonderful discovery of ground combat being added, even bought the digital deluxe one just to show support. I also tried so very hard to enjoy this game, I really did.

This game is a sham and a huge letdown, I haven't been this disappointed in a game since Unity came out after Black Flag, and CA tried to pass off Rome 2 as a playable game on launch.

Pros
-Customizable ships (Although was far superior in StarDrive 1 as well)
-Ground combat (Or well, the idea of it anyways.)
-4x space game worth playing (When talking about StarDrive 1)

Cons
-Ground combat (As it's far too easy and seems to be more of an aesthetic feature than anything serious)
-Space Combat (StarDrive 1 was far superior to this drivel of a combat simulator, again this is far too easy. Also to mention that in StarDrive 1 you were able to move your ships into systems and they would automatically battle to the death with aliens, not some little battle screen that takes away the fun of the old combat system)
-Tech Tree (Now I understand the thrill of being able to only choose one tech from a branch at a time and having to plan it out ahead of time but it gets way too old, far too fast. Being able to build onto previous techs is far more realistic than saying "Oh hey, should we focus on a rover bay or xeno mine?" Then you choose one, then suddenly "Well that's that, why should we bother with the other?" Now I didn't get too far in detail in the tech tree and if you are capable of going back to research the ones you didn't pick please leave an insulting comment down below although according to the tutorial you had to pick the other ones up through espionage or diplomacy which is fine if you want to get them that way but let us build on as in the first StarDrive)
-Turn based (Now the beauty of StarDrive 1 was that it was automatic turns that happened every 4 seconds if I recall correctly (Please leave an insulting comment down below if I'm wrong) having to manually click to the next turn gets irritating because it allows you to ensure everything is done before you want to move on. In my opinion this makes the game far too easy because you never get caught out of sync and have to deal with a random invasion out of the blue, and holding the space button is just demented, they should have added a feature in the menu that lets you select continuous play or turn based. That feature actually set StarDrive 1 apart from Gal Civ for me and pushed it to my favorite.)
-Customizable Ships (It feels like the ship design has been modified to make it "Easier" but far less creative and worthwhile)
-Feels like a dummed down version of the original StarDrive with some aesthetic looks to make it smell less foul.

I really am disappointed in Zero and sad to say he's been added to the list of terrible devs. If you have any soul or self respect left, please refund my money. I realize you won't, but you can't blame a guy for trying although I just want the money back for the principal. You may try and pretend that this is "an exciting and evolutionary step forward for the StarDrive franchise." But, in actuality it's a sad step backwards. Let's not try to take crap and call it gold, let's just call it for what it is. Even if you won't refund my money, please take this atrocity down from steam and give us an actual enjoyable experience that I came to expect from you. And as stated above, if any fan boys want to insult me, I welcome your comments. Make sure they're extra spicy as well please.

Devs behaving like this is why I'm slowly turning more and more to tabletop gaming than video games in my spare time.

So I was recommended this game by a friend. Character creation is pretty limited, but the classes/races/sides option sounded pretty cool. I started the game, got maybe 10 minutes into it, was killing mobs, leveling up and all of a sudden I get randomly banned out of ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ nowhere. All I was doing was killing mobs in the starting area, then when I click the link for ban appeal, it takes me to the login screen, well when I try to login to ban appeal, it responds "The account you're trying to login has been banned" How the ♥♥♥♥ am I supposed to appeal a retarded out of the blue no reason ban if I can't login? So I had to make up a random email so I could appeal the ban and the little brats never responded. I honestly want money back even though I didn't spend a penny on it. You people can downvote this review and think what you want but it doesn't change the fact that this company is ♥♥♥♥. ♥♥♥♥ you, and rot in hell Glyph, ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥
