The people who developed the military units got cute. They are deployed at half strength. A supplied barracks is supposed to bring them to full strength but it doesn't. Who ever developed this game didn't think through what they were doing.

This game doesn't work unless you have Directx9 on your computer and Directx9 doesn't work on windows 10. So if you have windows 10, I would not buy this game?
