I'm literally shaking n crying rn

This is a review I thought I would never write, one because I never written any actual reviews on steam, and second because I was super excited for this game revival.

I played the game alot when it was in alpha, and enjoyed it however the final game is a completly different game, and not a good one.

I won't be comparing the game to the alpha in this review because it has been done tons of time, instead I'm gonna point out why the final game sucks on its own:

There is no progression, its all base on randomly dropped gear and the worst thing is that all gear is region locked, which means each time you change region
(which are not big) its like you created a new character.
The only way to level up is to find artifacts in each region but all those grant is stuff like "+1 lamp radius" or "+1 climbing speed", there is no point in playing
this game once you are done with the first region.
So to sum it up:
-no meaningful progression
-region locked gear
-loot drop is totally random
-mobs are extremly unbalanced

Everything that made the game good in the alpha was scrapped and thrown out the window, developement video showed that in 2017 the game was still using the alpha system, but its seems that after that the game was entirly remade into what we have now, and if it was good I wouldn't complain, but it is infact terrible.
