If you're into smash games I couldn't recommend this game enough. It's got all the mechanics that competitive melee players use with the addition of more, the biggest of which is "Clutch" which allows for some crazy moments. An instance of this would be when you almost die and have a lot of momentum from the hit, you can use a clutch move, which reversed your momentum, to send yourself flying super fast back onto the stage. Another fun example is with the Goddess of Explosions who is able to utilize Clutch so that she can literally go around the stage 3 times without touching it. The Clutch tool does a lot more than that and is definitely one of the best and defining features in the game.

A problem this game might have would be the lack in characters, as of right now there are only a handful. But what this game makes up for in quantity, it for sure makes in quality. Each character is very unique with easy and intuitive moves, but of course, are very hard to master. And it's this uniqueness that makes the game special; each character is already from a game, much like SSB and the developers are able to pull from those already unique characters and translate them into Slap City. Another things to point out is that all the projectiles in the game feel VERY balanced and are all unique from each other.

This is an incredible game. If you're looking for very fast paced, and exciting teamfight style game, this is it. It's hard to tell from watching it how intense and how fast reactions you must have until you actually play it. There's nothing your adrenaline pumping and your heart racing when you win a 1v3 in this game.
