I already played Century in its second closed beta and I must say, for a free to play game this is very well done!

There are three classes to choose from, where each has a qunique skill. There are sadly not a lot of skill and classes yet, but I think this will be expanded on in the furute (since it is already teaserd that new classes will be implemented in the future)

There are mainly 3 game modes, which can be compared to team deathmatch, capture the flag and collecting points. All in all they are not very complex but I believe this is a positive thing since the fights can get a bit wild and its easy to loose the overview.

It takes some time to get used to the controlls, you will probably fail horribly in your first 10 matches but I can assure you, it only gets better from there! Aiming is not really required since it is somewaht an auto-lock on, and the fireball are like seeking missles. In close range you are then able to use a flamethrower attack, which also locks onto a target that is closest to your cursor. But effort is needed to maneuver, right positining and when to use your action skills. No skins or other cosmetics affect your skills in any form or way and are purely for the looks.

This game doesn't have a lot of features but the ones it has are very well executed and feel polished. Personally I prefer this over an over-complex game, where no feature is thought trough and 'unfinished'. Century got its basics on point and this is an important step if they want to expand or add features in the future.

All in all I have plenty of fun playing this game and I am excited to see whats to come! What is there to loose trying out a free to play title anyway? It definetly isn't pay to win 'yet', But if it ever does, I will edit this review to 'not recommended'.
