'Wargame: Red Dragon' created by Eugen Systems for their game series titled 'Wargame' is a real-time strategy game where the player commands a military unit that comprises of everything from logisitic assests to naval assests. The game or more correctly the entire 'Wargame' series has the player either play as a country or coalition from NATO or the Warsaw Pact, as the game takes place during the Cold War era. Specifically for this release of the 'Wargame' series the developers have you be in East Asia, focusing mainly on the relations NATO and the Warsaw Pact through the Korean Peninsula.

In the several months that I had played 'Wargame: Red Dragon', I found that the game has an amazing assortion of different units from both sides and from many countries, inside that assortion were tanks like the Centurion to the M1A2 and infantry equipment ranging the early L1A1 to the modern C7.

Playing the game I also found that it has your brain working and improving overtime, this is the case because the game expecially in multiplayer where you're pitched against expierenced strategists, has you thinking critically on where you would or could be moving your assests you, where could that enemy mortar be, what would the enemy throw at me this time. Like these questions I have just said even if they sound vague to you right now is something that has you seriously thinking and probably in-game could possibly have you panic depending on the situation. This is an even more accurate statement as even though there are a few assortion of maps that people actually play, the maps themselves could even if you have a superior force could have you play yourself, everything from difficult terrain to forests, strange terrain angles and small towns, perfect for an ambush or an artillery bombardment or aerial strike.

However playing the game, I have found that the naval assests no matter how amazing that sounds like, is utterly bland there is variation of naval units strangly from 9-12 different nations on the NATO side and there is also no variation of units from the 6 nations of the Warsaw PACT side. In addition to that I have also found that the ships on the PACt side are utterly overpowered, you would find it impossible to kill their ships compared to those on NATO.

Nonetheless, I find that 'Wargame: Red Dragon' is a highly enjoyable game especially once you actually put yourself into it. It has it's flaws but overall a really good build and on a side note if the developers of the game actually read reviews from the community "FIX THE NAVAL AND ADD MORE NAVAL". Overall I rate the game out of 10 a 7.5.
