Is good, I like it.

Most negative reviews on this DLC are actually in reference to the 1.26 Patch, which everyone would've recieved for free anyway.
This is the same as other Paradox DLC, it adds fun mechanics to the area it focusses on as well as some updates elsewhere, it may be a bit pricey but if you are already on the train for EU4 DLC then this is another pick up I would recomend

For the actual DLC Features it works a treat, the government reform mechanic is fun and creates variety in every run.
The Indian mission trees are fun and different from the "just give them all the perm claims."
Trade Companies are different and I have yet to really work it properly, so I am not sure how much I enjoy it at this stage.

Event though I have not played this game in years, I still remember the fun and power this game had.
Heart touching story, the story is the main point of the game, the actual gameplay is lackluster, but the story will have you compelled within minutes. I highly recomend it if you enjoy a bittersweet story, that can possibly leave you in tears, whether they are tears of joy or tears of sadness I leave up to you to discover.
