Early Access Review
Great game for fans of MSC, Revhead, SLRR and all other car customization games.

Also, the developer is highly active in the community and listens to his players.

It's a good game, however it lacks the depth of actually working on cars, spefically older cars, no bolts that are seized stuck, no actual bodywork i.e bondo, welding and sanding. Nothing goes wrong, no gaskets, no transmission repairs (they are making a dlc for this atm (2018-02-25))

I would recommend the devs to make more "multi part parts", we got suspension struts but what about a workbench where you can do head work (resurfacing, valve change, porting and so on, also more liquids i.e coolant, clutch fluid, brake fluid, AC coolant and power steering oil.

It's very easy to spot "broken" parts because they are just rusted, so no actual mechanical failures. I know that it would be very time consuming to make that happen (physically broken parts), but it would make the game much more immersive.

Every car has basically the same engine, subframes, suspension setups, and brakes.. As i have understood it the game engine is not very capable so i wouldn't expect the devs to give a rats ass about adding more diveristy.

The junkyard system is nice, but they could make it so much better, i.e adding complete engines for sale in a shop (very much like real life).

This game dosen't go into very much detail, it barely touches the surface of how it really is to be a auto mechanic, the painting system could be sooo much more detailed, maybe adding so you actually have to paint the car or body panels yourself instead of pushing a button, Bodywork is as i said very overlooked, sure it's just a game but it's a "simulator", the game is good for what it is (20$) but i would have no problems if they sold the game for 60$ if they added a lot more immersion and got rid of the "arcadeiness" and adding delivery time to order parts, delivery cost, annual running costs, hiring employees, more tuning, engine swaps, taking loans, expanding your shop and also an expert mode where bolts can break, setting timing, BODYWORK, more engine parts (i.e gaskets, valves and much more), more diversity in suspension setups and also tuning suspensions, PAINTABLE PARTS (i.e valve covers, headers and much more) there is so much potential but I have a very strong feeling that there wont be much more immersion then there already is...

Still the game is "playable" for people that have 0 experience working with cars..
