There is an ingame sistem that manipuletes the outcomes and makes sure that you dont have a to long winning streak. Bying skins here throws you in lobbies with players that dosen have skins are you have a GRANTED winning streak for a while.
Watch a YuTube video called : STOP PLAYING MW3!!! (100% PROOF) from primepete. In 7 minutes he explained the system and in an other video he shows how the publisher IS LAYING in his official statment and dont anserws the questions and observations of the comunity
