Q: It says you're accepting items as payment, but when I type "!buy" it doesn't work?
A: You must make an offer manually, I am not able to request items aside from currency. Click here to send me a trade offer.

Q: I have a question/inquiry, do you not read chat messages?
A: Use " !message " to leave me a message, otherwise I won't be able to read them.

Q: You're online but my offer is still pending
A: If I'm not both online and playing TF2 then I'm not currently doing any automated trades. Sometimes a background check failed (escrow trade hold/steamrep status) and must be reviewed manually... or you may try again.

Q: What can I do if a background check failed? (SteamRep/Escrow trade hold)
A: You may wait a moment then try again, or wait for a manual reply, which could take some time.

Q: Trade was accepted but I offered the wrong items/offered the wrong amount what can I do?
A: Please use the !message command, include the details of your request.

Q: Why is your friends list private?
A: I set it to private in order to prevent scammers from reaching more people!

Q: I offered the right amount but it says my offer is pending review? why?
A: Please make sure you offered the right amount and on the right item, small differences such as un-craftable/with parts attached/festivized/paint/etc. make an item unique from the rest, thus may not be recognized as "for sale".
