Fun, solid strategy. Great for quick plays. Great clean pixel art and sound. Tons of replayability.

Giant disappointment.

1,000,000 dollars and you can't even make a custom cursor with some sort of user feedback to I can tell what the hell I'm able to interact with? Save/load in the options menu? Who the hell designed this? First and only Kickstarter disappointment so far. I would say I got, maybe, 5 dollars of enjoyment out of this, but that would be stretching it. The worst part is how clear it is that the potential for this to be a quality game is beneath the surface lacking the effort and polish necessary to make it something actually good.

And the audio recordings, wtf is up with the voices, they sound like they were recorded in a metal barrel thats been chucked down a ravine, muddy and total trash, I do amateur recordings with <200 dollar setups which are higher quality, seriously low budget sounded.

So many piss poor decisions, no inventory you just pick up an item and mash around randomly, with no signifier to tell you what you can and can't click on, no dialogue or clue when you click on something you can, can't, or can't yet interact with, and no idea whether its a static object or an actual part of the game/puzzle. Most puzzle games require you to figure out what goes where, not this one, you just shove objects into your invisible inventory and click on the surrounding enviroment until the character picks out the proper piece for the puzzle and shoves it in, hardly puzzling. And the baby puzzle was enough to make me stop playing, seriously the only Puzzle that I found moderately challenging was challenging for no good reason, was poorly designed, and tedious as hell requiring you to listen to a slowly repeating loop while a baby's cries permeate the game's sounds boring into my soul until I exited as quickly as I could. Its the kind of puzzle I would put up as a prime example of what not to do in a puzzle game. Everything is pitifully sparse, like they forgot to fill out the game with interesting and exciting details. No observations provided by the characters of the surrounding enviroment either, the whole atmosphere creates the sensation that the character you are playing is flailing through a boring empty void with the occasional smattering of humor and badly designed puzzles. Seriously tragic, would requestion a refund if I hadn't Kickstarted it.

People should do themselves a favor and play one of the myriad adventure games that people made for a fraction of the money with many times the quality, check out Machinarium or The Dream Machine (for better quality claymation at a fraction of the budget.)

edit: A few pro's are there, some moderately humorous moments, and creative animation/design every once in a while (seriously some of the design made me smile and made the tragic piece of trash this game is even more upsetting) as well as a really rockingly good intro leading that got me so hyped to get started on the adventure.
