The combat, easter eggs, humor, and environments are like Fallout 1. Although the dialogue, while still good and fleshed out, isn't as impressive.

Building signs are in Russian, but once you learn the layout of a place it's not a big deal.

The walk speed is a little slow, and it can be tedious to wait as your character walks from one end of a screen to the other.

It's good. If you're thinking about buying it, buy it.

The Deed is ultimately really short, but it's meant to be played over and over and tinkered with to figure out the best way to play the game. And it's a really fun system. Trying out different weapons and dialogue options, and eventually working out the best path is really satisfying.
