Game is good, some performance issues but after doing the following things I have 144 fps everywhere including in towns:

1. Download DLSS3 mod (if you have a 4000x)
2. Set priority to high in task manager
3. In nvidia control panel set Shader cache to unlimited

After this I have 0 stutters and 0 crashes. Game is great and undeserved review bombing. MTX is bad but you can earn everything in game within a hour, just like any other Capcom game.
