Freight Tycoon is a game about transporting freight with only trucks. So no boats, planes or trains in this game.

Gameplay
Quite simple, though some things you have to figure out for yourself. You can haul around stuff with trucks only, later on buy garages to maintain your trucks with staff and repair/tow trucks. I think it's a fun game and I do like it but there are a few things you do need to know however.

Issues/missing stuff
Missing buttons, you can not upgrade your repair trucks or tow trucks in any garage you buy. Also you can not sell them either. One option is to not buy any till later time, you will see the trucks do get towed and repaired (at a price 10.000 dollars). Do make sure to keep them (your normal trucks) well maintained though and keep an eye on contracts with broken down trucks. Selling normal trucks you need to haul freight does work however.
The graphics of the water shows stripes after reload, I turned it off because it looks hideous.
Some graphics are strange, trucks moving through buildings and trees in the middle of my garage. Also moving trucks through other vehicles at times.

Errors!!!
Yes. My first error was an issue where the sound does not work, you need to have the configuration window show everytime you boot up the game or the sound does not work.
I recently started a new sandbox game on a new map and now I have some loader issues. So they game throws me back to windows after a few minutes.. might be map related or? Because I did not have this error on a different sandbox game I played earlier and longer than the one I tried right now..

Updates?
Not really, seems abandoned.

Verdict
I can not really recommend this game because of the error I had lately, also reading about this problem did not help me much since I am not the only one. Setting the affinity to single core did not help anyway. It runs fine on Windows 7 64 bits with a GTX 970, intel system. I really want to recommend it because even with the errors I do like it but it's just game-breaking if you can not play on the map you want because of errors.. and it doesn't get fixed at all. Maybe at a super low price, but keep in mind it might work or might not or sometimes you get a crash.

Soup is a simple game, but it has fun gameplay. The aim of the game is to win from the Virus, this as Bacteria or Nanobots.

Gameplay
You have your collectors, mines and fighters (and you can shoot these torpedoes). These all you can spawn with one single button Z, while holding down the Z button you can see the different units and select them like this. So your collectors collect and grow bigger and on some point you might want to recall them using the X button before they get wiped out by the enemy fighters. You also have mines that circle around your "base" for defensive purposes mostly. Then you have fighters, these attack enemies anywhere in the playing field by bumping in them (this eventually kills them as well). As the last unit you can use there is the torpedo, well looks like a kamikazerun.. but anyway you can use this to directly attack the virus. Depending on the size of you main body the units you have can be smaller or larger too.

Updates
None for a while I see, that's why I'm changing my review.

New verdict
Ok, checked it out today 26-03-2019, things changed is sound options and difficulty. It looks abandoned by now.. no new messages ? ? ? I mean it is ok like what it is now but I'd understand if you're looking for some depth then I'd not recommend this right now.

DiRT Rally, sounds fun but is it?
I can say yes, because it is really. I haven't played a game like this in a pretty long time. It's a race (rally) sim and it does it pretty good with all the effects you would like to see in such a game.. snow ice gravel mud asphalt name it and it's got it. I like the co-driver which tells you what's coming up next, so you know which way to turn your car.

After a few stages you learn to handle the car you bought (with your starting credits) better. I've been on 1st till 5th position. Though you really need to focus to be fast enough to end on the 3rd place already, sometimes you roll over or hit the side of the track and that's all you need to end up on the 5th place. The thing that really gets it all together is the damage you get when you make a wrong decision turning or you go too fast when taking a turn. Everything effects the way your current rally car handles itself, which is really awesome.

Side note(s)
There are advanced options to tune the car a bit for the stage you want to play. Also you can pick your racing crew (engineers) and give them perks later on in the game for extra bonuses. There is a bonus if you do not restart the stage.

Online
Multiplayer and daily, weekly plus special events you can play as well. I play daily events almost every day, and it's fun to do so.

Bugs?
Haven't encountered any yet. Game runs smooth.

What I use to play this with?
Xbox 360 controller, works great with this game.

Recommend it?
Yeah why not but keep in mind it is a racing/rally sim so crashing hurts.. think of punctered tires, almost bust radiators.. though your co-driver tells you if you lost a tire.. the sound kinda gives it away as well though. Also I have to say it is not an easy game and I was better at Gran Turismo.

Been waiting for this game a short while, I must say I am not really disappointed but there are a few things I'd like to point out..

Is it any fun?
You are an airtraffic controller throughout the whole game so that means landing planes, taxxiing and letting them take off. You can usually redirect airplanes to a different runway when landing only, as well as change the direction/speed manually. So yeah it is fun, especially seeing your airport grow into this huge airport. You can set the planerate before you start the game as well as the year you want to begin with and which era. Mind that you need to unlock levels by playing one level, that leads to the second level and so on (same for era's). About era's, you have 1925+ (to 1970), fantasy and the future era.. after that the game will just start over to the 1925+ era.

Bugs?
Yes, there are those. One I've had two times is the planes stand still in the middle of flight, which was really stange. When you are too close to a runway to land the the plane can not make it's turn to land it will just keep circling, this happens when I redirect planes sometimes before they collide. There seems to be a few more out there from what I saw on the forum, but I've only had these two.

Do I recommend it?
Yes I will, but I am a bit hesitant because I thought it'd go on from 1925 to the future in one go. I missed choppers, fighter jets like the F16, Fokker planes, also newer planes and planechatter. The era's should've been, in a different order. I played this game out in a few days, took me less time than Airport Madness 4.

Direct planes to land? Taxi where? Take off from where? Count me in!

Is this a fun game?
Yes it is, though sometimes you have to be really focussed on harder difficulties. So the game is about directing planes around and on the airport you are assigned to, sounds simple and sometimes it is. But must say I already had a lot of fun with it, managing all the planes.. setting speeds, landing, taxiing, taking off and setting speeds again. You'll get the hang of it as soon as you start playing and in the end you can land thousands of planes and not crash a single one.

Bugs:
Had a few minor ones with achievements, nothing game-breaking though. I had no crashes and the game works fine.

Recommend it?
Yes. Note that a newer one should hopefully be available late 2015 it says on Greenlight --> Airport Madness: Time Machine

Completely finished this game and mostly all quests. I have played Elder Scrolls IV Oblivion (pre-steam), this is a bit different however.. different does not have to be bad.

What I think of this game:
To be honest it's a really nice looking game, tasty graphics and runs great, even on my old pc which had a Windforce GTX 770 4GB graphicscard. The story is fun to finish, I always finish the quest till I have my own house and then run around to do some other quests.. which there are loads to choose from. Theres various crafting options to play around with.

Ingame accidents:
1. Shouting in the game is a lot of fun, even when you sometimes use shouting on accident.
2. Getting bored and completely kill a village then find out some ppl do not die. Then reload and play normally.
3. Shouting in your house makes a mess.

What bugged me a bit was:
I kept getting bothered by dragons, though I know it is the main theme of this game. Those bones are heavy to carry around when you do not own a house and when you do not have the needed perks to craft yet in the beginning anyway. The dragons bugged me a bit because I lost a shopkeeper then I needed to reload to get him back and find a way to kill that dragon before the shopkeeper gets killed.

Mods:
Worth checking out for sure, I have a ton of these installed.. from glowing books to lanterns you can carry and ppl running away from dragons and or vampire mods. Very nice!! Especially when you're in the middle of your game or finished. Even some bugs are fixed with mods, isn't that great? Check out the unofficial patches as well, took sometime to clean all the files and install various items (and fiddling) but then you have a really really more than awesome game.

What gaming gear did I use:
Used a gaming keyboard and a gaming mouse.

Do I recommend this game:
A simple and short answer is: Yes.

Not a really difficult game, some nice logistics.

What's it about:
In the campaign you begin in Europe and from there you spread to the world, obviously ships will get bigger and you will make a lot of money in the campaign but you have to keep in mind you have to buy your company back from the investor. I have bought the company back, took me slightly over 60 hours of only campaign game-play. I have not had any game-breaking bugs so far, so no severe ones that I encountered. Theres only the loss of frames when moving the view in docks when multiple ships are in the same dock, though I almost never do that. Further more.. you can manually dock and cast off your ships (press spacebar when manually taking control it is fun) which will not cost you any money.. it will when you auto do it.

Free play?
Yes there is that option, have not reached that point yet.

Recommend it?
Yes, but I read they are making TransOcean 2. So it is up to you to buy this one or wait for the new one.

I played it a few times and then... I bought a new pc, thats where the story ends really.

Why doesn't it work anymore?
It simply does not. Installed quicktime, did a reboot but nothing. I hear a second when the music plays and then back to windows.

Fixes?
It worked before on my old pc, but doesn't anymore on my new one. Looked everywhere for a fix but no. Did find out that a lot of people have problems with this game anyway.

My OS and graphics?
I use Win7 Home Premium 64 bit and a Nvidia GTX 9-series graphicscard.

Do I recommend it?
No, I can not and will not recommend this game, try Bus Driver instead that one does work.

Awesome game, was one of the first RPG zombie games I played.

Gameplay:
I began playing, only one month got me almost 30 hours of playtime. Nice hacking and slashing.. driving over zombies as well.. try open your cardoor before you hit a zombie with it, way cool. There is some basebuilding in it as well, if you lose a character you will just lose them as part of the autosave it saves and you lose a person who died.. makes it a bit more real.

Why haven't you played it lately?
Haven´t played this lately because I have lost my savefile due to some fiddeling around in windows (my own fault), I guess adjusting drives and renaming them isn not my strongest point but I learned it the hard way. But I know if I am going to play it again it will be for many more hours.

Recommend it?
Yes, this is surely one of the best zombie games I´ve played and it is creepy for sure. For me personally it was a bit difficult at the start but once you get going it is a game worth buying.

Fun game to play and play again once you are defeated. The puzzle thing is fun to do. This game as said by another reviewer reminded me of Dungeon Keeper too. It can only get better as it is already fun and uncomplicated to play.

I say YES to this game, this game gets updated frequently. As well as I can always see my minions walk around now since they have altered the game a bit so the puzzle is on the side, so no need to scroll down and up a lot.
