10/10 would exploit again

This game will consume you……….. but you won’t notice because you’ll be having too much fun
If you do download this game, I’ve listed a few things that might help some new players

Top tips for new players IMO:

1. Buy slots with your starting platinum/plat (don’t worry you will get more plat through trading) doing this will allow you to keep the weapons/ warframes you like to use while still levelling things you don’t like for mastery rank then selling them. Weapons that you build, level then sell if you don’t like using them are know as mastery fodder by the community and only serve to increase you mastery rank.

2. Make an account on "https://warframe.market/" and use that for trading, (I know its dumb that you almost must use a 3rd party site for trading but it makes earning plat 1000000000% easier compared to using trade chat)

3. Unlock the entire star chart and try to do every junction as soon as possible! Unlocking as many nodes (missions) as possible will allow you to see any alerts or invasions that spawn on nodes that you have unlocked. Think of unlocking the entire star chart as levelling from 1 to cap in any mmo you’ve played.

4. JOIN A CLAN! Pretty much as soon as you can, go to the recruiting tab in your chat window and say *new player, looking for clan* and you should get a message/ invite pretty fast, you don’t have to be active In chat or talk to everyone if you don’t want to but being in a clan give you access to loads of weapons and warframes so just do it, also it’s a good way to get help on missions is you ask your clan mates, most people won’t hesitate to help new players.

5. Be patient and set goals, the 12-24 hour build time on most weapons seems like a dumb mechanic at first be you’ll soon get into the rhythm of levelling and building new items constantly, and you’ll get to a point where your building about 2 – 6 things at all times and you won’t be able to level things fast enough to keep up with your foundry. There are close to 300 weapons including variants in this game so go ham and try everything!

6. Finally the way you should view plat(or at least the way I view plat). Plat should be viewed not as a premium currency that you have to buy, but as a rare currency, you do not have to spend a cent on this game and you’ll still be able to get every single item on the market that you can only but with plat, for example: I have at easily spent upwards of 5000 plat over my play time (trading and buying cosmetics), but I’ve only spent about $28 of my real money on plat and I only did that because I got a rare 75% discount when I logged in one day.

Of course, these are just some of the things I wish I had known when starting out in warframe.
