Completely surreal, you never know what you're going to find when you inspect anything; I've never had such a good time investigating garbage cans.

Amazing. You beome attached to your polygonal badger family more quickly than you could possibly imagine, and when you hear a wolf growl behind you, followed by a snap and a squeal, and you suddenly have one fewer pup following you, it's a feeling genuinely unique in the world of computer games.

Godawful. Terrible terrible terrible. "Find-the-object" puzzles where you need to find, literally, a strand of hair in a complicated scene. Or, in another instance, a trace of dust that's barely a shade lighter than the ground it's resting on. And then the puzzle that broke me, and made me stop playing and delete the game from my computer: it instructed me to recreate a tatoo that a suspect had. Helpfully, it told me I could visit the suspect's file to refresh my memory of what the tattoo looked like. However, **there is no way to revisit a suspect's file in the game!***

A very light game, consisting of puzzles and "find-the-object" sequences. The story is mildly entertaining, the voice acting is rather terrible, but it's simple enough to be a relaxing, mindless way to waste a few hours.

Beautiful story, sharply written, fantastic music. The interface was a little rough in terms of cursor control, and the game crashed a few times while playing, but the autosave feature mitigated the frustration from that, and the game is good enough to overcome these issues.

More of an interactive story than a game, but if you're looking for a "game as art" showpiece, this definitely warrants a try.
