1. Beat together eggs and half of the milk in a bowl.
2. Add wheat flour and salt a little at a time. Whisk until the batter is smooth and then mix in the rest of the milk and butter.
3. Brown a little butter in a pancake slag (alternatively plate slag for plates). Pour in about 1 dl of batter and lightly wiggle the layers so that the batter is distributed to an evenly thin layer.
4. Turn the pancake over when the batter has set so that it gets color on both sides.
5. Place the finished pancakes on a serving platter and serve with jam, berries and ice cream or cream.
