I don't know where and when this one came knocking, but I sure do know a hell of a lot about the "why", where the lot of this generation wouldn't dare to get "wise" and smarten up to the facts that are staring them in the face. Truth is, this one's had the worn marks of wisdom etched in since "day one", facing danger and dastardly ne'er-do-wells with gumption. I reckon a man with that sort of character never did "sweat it" or "gas out"; he's always been stocked for the long haul, and with an extra wheel to boot, in the unlikely event which'n he maybe ended up incapacitated, in distress, and with a leather-tough hand outstretched. Most folk who do the job RIGHT and stomp it all flat wouldn't have it in them to grab their shovel and dig DEEP to fix a mistake. But this one's got HEART and HUMILITY to know when it's time, and how to make COWBOY TALK while deep in the dust.

C'rect. C'rect. C'rect. This one gets them "spot on" every time, on account of being a 'Major': Maj. History Buff, that is. Well, count me out: there's no room to play second-fiddle when this guy takes up the spotlight. That would be illegal!

I'm sick of hearing this guy constantly talking about ticks and tacks. Like the things you put in the wall to attach a poster, or what-not? He might be a professional "Tick Tacker" or what not, on the "A.P.P.", but I reckon there's been a change. Apparently I owe a couple of tacks to him, or someone he knows. I think that's ludicrous, because in this country, a man's entitled to hoard as many tacks as he wants. Unless he meant something else. I sure hope he didn't, on account of him being from that generation that tends to shorten a thing or two until there's nothing left to comprehend to an old Foghorn Joe like me, who still spells it all out right and proper. But I'm starting to figure he may have smelled my breath after drinking my Anti-Ballistic Missile Coffee (egg and sulfur). Maybe he was telling me I need one of those "tick tack" candies. I'll "put a pin in it" and figure it out the next time I run across him. Maybe slip him a bill to thank him for sharing his nose.

A man who walks the plains like he's falling up never fears the end, because there's no chance of hitting anything on the way out. But there's a certain vulnerability to fellows like that. Like the enlightened ones who proclaimed to have seen the beginning and end - well, that's the easy part. But seeing everything that happens in-between? That's a different matter. They couldn't see it all, but they did know how it was going to go out, and that gives you a certain comfort that some of the rest of us could really use in the now. A man like that can know where he is when he always knows where he wasn't, and where he will be. Of course, a guy like this faces his own mortality when he heads indoors and hits the ceiling in about a half-second.

They caught this one playing with the Goku mod on Drizzle. The audacity!

I think I've heard just about enough about the "metal gears" from this one. He's always playing with metal gears, all the time, but where's the meat? You walk around all day with this ferrous facade, but there's gotta be something underneath to keep the blood pumping. I'm talking about heart: the hero's journey; what really makes it all worth a damn in the end after you've slipped and tripped through a thousand miles of hell to make it across the gorge. Made my way through the ups and downs in life, and damn it if an old geezer doesn't round fifth avenue every night thinking he might be part of the last generation to get it right. Can't say I expect most of them to prove me wrong, but if anyone could do it, it'd be this one. These days he's less a pizza chewer and more a super do-er, with none of the scent but ten times the power of miracle manure: the good stuff that brings a yard back in no time. And that's what this generation needs a heaping helping of.

I heard this guy is all about honor, and when they told me that, I couldn't say I was shocked. A man of his word, and full of grit stacked so high you'd think you were talking to a life-size statue. Not a man of gold, because those folk never could root deep, on account of the gold; this man is porous. But those holes are filled with the spirit of life, and they go deep. Known him all my life on account of us knowing the dates we were born - how's about that? Must have met at the exact same place, and you can't discount a coincidence like that if you don't believe in miracles. And I'd test the man every which way and Sunday if I ever had to prove he was even a quarter the guy I describe to you now, because when someone has that special something - it's called grit - they're reliable. You know you'll get the same result every time and never spin on a dime back-pedalling the tired schtick. Make no mistake, honor is where it starts and ends with this one.

They told me this guy was a Doomer - he plays that Doom game, and he brings the pain train, which is always on time, even though this guy isn't Japanese. Or maybe he is, I don't know his genes - I didn't ever dive into that kind of ♥♥♥♥. I don't know a gene from a genius, but I do know this guy is one hell of a jeanius, because he's always wearing the nicest denim - the freshest cut, and with plenty of space to boot. But he fills them out just right, he's just not wearing it in the old fashion - you know, those boys wearing their jeans tighter than a whip, and half as smart. He wears them right - like a man. Plenty of space to move around. He's one hell of a Doom man.

I haven't seen this guy for a while. Must have gone invisible or something - they said it couldn't be done, but they didn't count on one Apprentice - looks like he's finally become the master. Master of something, anyway. I heard he's a master of the chop-kick-block. That's a hard one, too, because you chop, and block, but not before you kick. They teach that move in the Orient, and they only just recently brought it out here. Would have melted in the Arizona heat, they say, but now they've got that new block cooling - keeps the stuff fresh for longer.

I saw this guy, apprentice? What's he an apprentice of? He calls himself an apprentice, or maybe an apple nits, but either way, he's been that way for, what, eight years? Maybe more. Maybe more - and it's so true; you know, they say in the military, if you have the same name - same level, you know, same number of points for so long, and you know, I would have had the most points. I have so many points, people. But they say you keep it for too long, you lose it all. It crumbles down - just straight topples! Somehow, don't know how. But that's what they say. But there's the kicker - what's he doing? Doesn't look like he's on the floor! Some might say so - not me! But where is this apprentice? And why isn't he the master yet?

You wouldn't believe it, but the truth is, I met this man at a secret White Castle, and it's so true. And lemme tell you why it's so crazy. I knew a guy who took me to every burger place he owned. And this guy was like the McDonalds franchise master of burger places, except they weren't McDonalds, but they were burger places and he had about a million of em. So we were going for free lunch every Thursday, having a great time munching on free burgers - and lemme tell you, when they're free, they've got that heart that you only get from Mom's own cooking. Because you don't have to pay for them.

Where was this guy down last night? Checking out the new stuff, saw that new invention, the companies out here doing amazing things, great stuff and there it is: that new formula, the revolutionary change, brand new stuff, he calls it 'Chimblinite', 1000 times stronger than steel, 1000 times as light, about to change the world, made of natural materials, tastes great too!

According to all known laws of aviation, there is no way a bee should be able to fly. Its wings are too small to get its fat little body off the ground. The bee, of course, flies anyway because bees don't care what humans think is impossible.
