Show some respect for this game !
There are some who entered in the pantheon of video games with simpler concepts, less graphics, no color and sometimes no music (Pong, Asteroids...).
But Clicker Heroes is no less fun.

And no, this is not a game that you launch and necessarily leave to run on its own. It’s much more technical than it seems. I play with the active method so I'm mainly in front of my computer.

The time flew by without me noticing, but I'm glad I didn't miss this entertainment. I'm not addicted, I just love it.

Launching Terraria and get on the main screen is always a pleasure, even after a very large number of hours spent on it. The colors are also very welcoming.

You can perfectly feel that the devs want you to be completely immersed in the game.
During the very first nocturnal moments, especially if it's raining, you really want to isolate yourself and feel safe in a small hut, or a cave closed with a few wooden planks.

Terraria can give all its essence and strength precisely because of its 2D pixel art.
It's really exciting to be able to dig anywhere you want, making kilometers of tunnels to find treasures, and literally end up in hell.

My conclusion : simply the closest representation of what a video game should be.

A masterpiece.
The dark and misty environment, the story mainly underground, and some moments reminding of Tim Burton's films may give a feeling of depression. This is for me what makes the charm of the game.
The melancholic music fits perfectly and polish this unhealthy atmosphere.

The controls are very responsive and the spells enjoyable. The icing on the cake is the high number of skills and all possible combinations.
Overall, every associations are viable depending on how you play.
Customizing a character is always very welcome, especially when the changes are so visible and smart.

Congratulations to Team Cherry for all the love and care they brought to their creation. I highly recommend.
