Mostly I'm going to compare ATS to ETS 2 here.

At the start im going to point out that i have 250+ hours in ETS 2.
ETS 2 and ATS are basically the same game, and there is nothing wrong with that, because ETS 2 is simply great.
ATS brings us are weight-checking stations, police cars on the roads, which works as speed traps, obviously some new american truck brands, new map and some other minor additions. Not too many new things but it's still okay. Also the cities are made in better way, especially the big ones. It's also worth to say that parking your trailer is now little harder, which i'm really enjoying. Everything here is great, both atmosphere and radio stations playing country music.

The only negative thing is that there is pretty small ammount of trucks. There are only 2 brands and around 5 types of each... In ETS 2 there are around 6 brands and like 6 types of each.

Currently i would recommend this game to everyone, because devs are doing good job keeping the game updated with some free content and bigger DLCs.


I'm going to update the review if i notice something or they add some stuff.

It's worth to buy this game just for the soundtrack, which doesn't mean that the gameplay is bad, cuz it's sick aswell.
