Pros:

Good tactical gameplay without being overly complex
Combines a lot of realistic elements of MilSims with a couple elements of arcade shooters
PvP combat is done well in that it's balanced while keeping with the theme for both factions and their weaponry/roles
Has a simple form of loadout customization that can be altered to fit different types of playstyles/tactics
Most maps are balanced while having good visual appeal
Offers various different PvP and Co-op game modes
The game is very cheap (often goes on sale) and provides great replayability for its cost
No DLC or microtransations
Has Steam Workshop support

Cons:

Optimization is not very great for a game running on the Source engine
AI in Co-op needs some adjustment; bots can be dumb in some cases and be downright unfair at other times
The game could use some of the bug fixes that were introduced in their other game, Day of Infamy
