First of all let me tell you my background in video games. I'm more the 3rd person RPG or FPS type of player. I'm a console player that mainly likes the Gears of War games (yes I even thought Judgement was OK) and the Halos and Dragon Age (the first one being the best IMO) and all that sort. Mainly if the world is developed and there's lore I love it.

Second let me tell you I love this game! There are times when playing this game that I get so immersed that when a glitch or something that seems unfinished (like the main story line not really having an ending) happen, I literally say out loud "Oh right, this game is still in Alpha". This game already feels to me ahead of the curve of other survival games (also why does it seem like most survival games are never fully completed?!?) to the point where I have to remind myself that the game isn't done yet. That to me seems like a huge feat for a game in this genre.

Given all that, the fact that I normally don't go for this whole survival thing, this game is great. I keep coming back and feeling like if I didn't finish something in either creative mode or the normal game mode, I have failed. Sure I've had fun playing certain game with friends on Steam but this one, even if my friends can't play, I'm on it either in creative or Single Player.

I would higher recommend anyone try this game and support it. Even if this isn't your type of game, give it a chance. It's definetly worth it.
