Fellow Fusion developer Windybeard has finished and released his third #MadeWithFusion title to Steam today. "Dreamstones" is self described as " an exciting combination of modern block breaker gameplay with action RPG statistics, collectible loot and world building", and it delivers that in spades.

Dreamstones starts you off with the challenge of helping restore the kingdom of Dreamweavers, hapless chaps who are suffering at the hands of the fairly evil Nightlings. All that remains is "Gentle Kenneth" whom implores you to aid his people in over 200 levels of brick breaking challenge.

During gameplay you will collect coins and stones which will aid you in rebuilding the Dreamweaver's kingdom, which in turn unlocks more powers and abilities to aid in your quest to flush out those nasty Nightlings. Over 50 different skills and items are available to help you along. This mechanic of unlocking blueprints and crafting new buildings that unlock new options is a great break and balance to the old brick breaking formula.

At the core of the game of course is actually breaking those bricks. Windybeard has done a great job crafting interesting levels that are expansive and create a sense of the world. Each board is populated with bricks disguised as environmental items like fences, bushes and other items. The goal is to remove ll the purple surly looking bricks from the board to proceed, but true to its RPG claim you can remain on the board and earn more coins or experience by completing as much as can. This means taking out and lingering monsters that remain or finding some hidden coins still laying about.

The player is given excellent control to direct the ball, down to initial positioning where to shoot the ball at level start to using a well written angle algorithm allowing you some determination of where the ball goes based on where on the paddle it hits. Random drops also provide additional help in the form of bonuses like increased paddle size or a catch all one time save. All of these different aspects help keep the game fresh and continually interesting.

The only critical thing I can really say about Dreamstones is when in the world building area it seem the only way to get out of sub menus is with the Escape key. I spent a lot of time looking at the sub menu trying to find a exit button or the old X. Overall Dreamstones is a extremely polished brick breaker with a TON of value embedded within for only $11.99 USD.

Just as its predecessor "Megacity" proved to be so is Concrete Jungle, Brilliant. Taking all of the puzzle elements that made the first one engaging and addicitive Concrete Jungle is infused with a ton of new features, like the deck system that adds value and depth in such a way that seems complete natural and intuitive. If you are the kinda of city planner that also enjoys a good puzzle, there is no other game that can match Concrete Jungle!

Tisnart Tiles is the digital gaming equivalant of a "diamond in the rough". Meaning that even though parts of the game a rough around the edges, it oozes with indie love. This one man team created a very deep puzzler with a ton of varying gameplay rules resulting in some interesting twists. From multiple line creations, changes in gravity, tons of powerup items or the infamous Skull tile these and more create a ton of puzzle styles.

If you enjoy puzzlers, take a close look at this one, its worth it!

Pitiri 1977 hits the 70's feel while delivering a excellent side scrolling platformer with some puzzle elements. The asthetic brought into the 2d world reminds me of old Steven Spielberg movies! Worth checking out.

Early Access Review
Though Minmon has alot of work to go be the final vision the developer is aiming for it, it already contains alot of love and hard work to show that the developer is serious in bringing a great monster hunting game. I had a few issues with syncing and framerate on a slower system. I look forward to the next update.
