Honestly, almost never. I usually don't sport the SA tag, either; just added it so that you'd recognize the friend request as a goon. (Wishlists require either being friends or having an e-mail address; I couldn't just send directly.) I pretty much just play with real-life friends apart from occasionally going into whatever UO server they're raiding at the time.
