Rule 04 : Strange Part & Filter, Paint, Killstreak On A Item : Dont Want Those Items.
You Still Want To Sell It To Me, Than I Count The Item But Not The Stuff On It.
Reason Why : Too Many Problems For Me, Wen I Try To Sell It.
