I unsubscribed from the true skyrim mod but it is still active when i open up my game, even if i go to a previous save. any advice?

Hello! I have a question about your true Skyrim mod. Now, I absolutely love the mod and I do not mean to rip it. You did a great job. My only question is: is there a way I can get rid of the theif that appears right before Riverwood? He's wearing the Thieves Guild master armor, which is creating a scripting error and breaking my game.
