This game only focuses on a very small scale scenario, warfare during the Napoleonic wars. Economic management and diplomacy are broken down to a minimum, the only system that received some amount of love is warfare.
It was fun for a couple of playthroughs, but overall not worth the money, since the developers pretty much abandoned this project right after release.
