For the furry in all of us! Too bad playing this game requires the use of two hands...

I poured so many hours into this. I can't express how addicting it is! The new DLC just makes it EVEN better.

In this strategy game, your mission is to rescue as many humans on the map, minimizing the number of them getting infected, while keeping the zombies at bay with various mercenaries and countermeasures at your disposal. You'll fly in with a helicopter to rescue humans and this requires a lot of micromanaging on your part. You're basically a sheepdog, herding the sheep to safety. This sheepdog however has guns and explosives :D

This game can get very difficult, which is a definite turnoff for many. The difficulty I think mostly lies in the fact that the handful of mercs you get each round are randomly generated. A bad combination of mercs can ruin your fun but experienced players need not worry. The game controls require tons of micromanagement but there are options to slow or speed up in-game. The graphics aren't anything special; everything's portrayed as dots so nothing much to say there. However, the art style and music are quite amusing. Overall, a great game!

I remember playing this gem years ago when it was super indie. I absolutely loved every minute of playing it! Now that it's on Steam, I see that there are tons of added content and extras to make this game even more awesome than it was! Even the addicting retro-sounding soundtrack makes a comeback along with a remastered and updated version. The music alone could drive me to buy this game without even thinking!

If released a decade ago, Cave Story+ would have been one of those games we call a 'classic' today. It plays very much like Super Metroid or Castlevania and the controls are smooth and simple. The storyline and characters are great and there is a good amount of replayable for sure. I challenge you to try and find every single little secret, upgrade or weapon in the game.

All in all, this is definitely a game to add to your Steam library. Especially if you want any gamer cred :)

Boasting an awesome retro sounding soundtrack, intuitive controls, and fun level designs, EDGE is a hit in my book! This game is a platformer first and puzzle game second. You play as a colorful cube and must move from start to finish while collecting prisms along the way and navigating obstacles and hazards. Mastering "EDGE Time" (balancing on your cube's edge against other blocks) will drastically cut down your course times so you can climb the leaderboards. EDGE is easy to pick up and play but challenging to master! A simple game but that's what makes it so enjoyable.

How much do you value your previous free time and the amount of blood, sweat and tears that you may lose from being frustrated at a game? Well, regardless of what bodily fluids you may lose over playing this game, SMB is an awesome game. It is hardcore tough. Completionists may take a liking to this game because there is a lot to do and masochists...well, you get the point. This game is tough.

You play as Meat Boy, a lovable wad of meat who is trying to rescue Bandage Girl from being kidnapped by Dr. Fetus. Awesome already isn't it? You must get from point A to point B in each stage while maneuvering sometimes very difficult obstacles. There are 7 worlds to beat, usually with 20 stages each, an additional 20 stages that are more challenging, boss stages, and secret hidden levels. There are extra characters to unlock (many of them you may recognize from other games) and each with their own special ability.

If you are looking for a challenge, definitely pick this up.

An OK game, not worth more than some pocket change. You play as a scientist who builds contraptions from parts that you find in each level. The goal of the game is to get from point A to point B in each stage while finding pieces to your time machine and collecting misc. items.

The game mechanics are buggy and broken which prevents enjoying the game. The dialogue between the scientist and his robot sidekick is horrible. Every so often the sidekick will make a comeback hinting how much he wants the scientist to commit suicide. What the heck. This may have been unintentional because the dialogue is just plain terrible and not to mention how annoying it is in game to have to put up with the dialogue balloons when you just want to play the damn game.

Would I want a friend to buy it? No.

Bit.Trip Beat is an awesome game that you can play while enjoying the music. It brings a bit of old school retro gaming to the table with a modern twist. Think of this game as one-player pong on steroids at a rave.

The game is played by controlling a paddle that slides up and down. You can use the keyboard, game controller or the best option which is the mouse. The goal of the game is to reflect all incoming 'beats' and every successful reflect makes a sound that goes along with the music. If you continue to do well, the music gets more intense but if you miss and do poorly, you'll eventually be taken to a black and white world with no music, reminiscent of PONG, until you do better.

There are several worlds to play and in each world there are several parts to play through and a boss at the end. The difficulty levels range from casual playing to challenging. There are in game powerups and challenges as well. Overall, a great aesthetically and musically pleasing game to pick up :)

Want to be scared so bad that you sh** your pants? Get this game.

No, seriously. This is an awesome game. It's a first-person adventure/puzzle game with an interesting story if you bother to pay attention to it. The horror in this game is on a different level than games like FEAR or Dead Space. The game goes to great lengths to set you up to be scared; no 'weapons' to ward off baddies, limited resources at hand, nerve-wracking music at just the right times, spooky ambient sounds, and twisted sights to see in the game.

The graphics may look a bit outdated but that didn't distract me from what the game does do well: put you on the edge of your seat. I found it difficult to play for more than an hour at a time because of the stress this game gives my heart! Overall, great game with an ok amount of game time. A definite buy for any horror genre fanatic.
