Just the idea to have a monster like Charles in a video game is so ridiculous it's almost silly, until he comes barreling towards you around a blind corner, or you have to leave the safety of your train for any amount of time and you catch a glimpse of him skirting a nearby hill; this was a pretty fun game and had some good jump scares from it. It may not have much replay value, but I feel like there's $20 worth of game here.

I'll update this once the March release drops, but even if I were critical about everything in the current build, this game is still an easy buy. Can't wait to see more.

Pretty amazing to see what this game started out as here on Steam to where it is now. Bought this when it first came to Steam last year and let me tell ya it wasn't far off from an unplayable garbage fire; back then I might not have left such a generous review, but the devs have been super active from the beginning and turned this game around.

It's really come a long ways, you can finally sit down an play this for a few hours at a time without issue and actually enjoy it. The last two weeks it's crashed twice and I've maybe lost the progress of a race or two, thankfully though the game saves frequently. Mods are still a little funky, you can't just download a mod and then boot up the game, it's a bit more involved then that but this game's been around forever and there's a ton of support for anything you want to do.

Don't get me wrong, it still has some issues, but $5.99 is a very honest price for where this game's at right now.
