I can't imagine running games in Foundry or Roll20 anymore. Talespire is close but not as intuitive as RPG Stories. This is it. This is the golden VTT.

The most intuitive 3D map builder on the market. I found it easier to use than Talespire, and like that it allows you to play in it unlike Dungeon Alchemist. Add in over 5,000 3D models over a variety of genres and you've got a winner on your hands.

EDIT: At nearly 300 hours in, I'm still using it. I've played Star Wars, Fallout, and Sword and Sorcery campaigns with all the assets I've needed for all of them. Even better yet is the Steam Workshop integration, so now if you need a popular map, odds are one of the MANY cartographers here has made it.

Great VR game with an active community. Finding a match may take some time depending on when you're playing, but it's well worth the 10 minute wait.

Such a fun little game. Definitely feel like I got my money's worth even in the short time I've played. I hope at some point the devs figure out how to implement multiplayer because I could see myself sinking days into the game if that were the case!

Such a fantastic map maker, and exports to Foundry VTT beautifully with full walls, doors, etc. Literally just click and drag and it'll create fully fleshed out rooms. You can then adjust the rooms, add and subtract items, scale things as you wish.

All I'd ask for is Sci-Fi and Post Apocalyptic theming and it would be perfect!

Great toolbox/game/game maker(?) for those who find Unity or Unreal too complicated. I was hopeless with Unity/Unreal but made fully functioning D&D style dungeons with enemies and traps in a matter of hours.

Not worth it for the VR content. It may be great for pancake, but don't get this if you're wanting a good VR port.

Creepy/light horror indie game. A little too creepy for me so I didn't get very far, but I'm going to keep an eye on it. The dev is incredibly friendly, helpful, and dedicated!

EDIT:

Phenomenal game. This is what VR combat games should feel like. The game was taken offline but after an outcry from the community, devs brought it back!

100 arena based levels with a variety of enemies and tons of different weapons. The replayability is ridiculous.

This was an absolute blast of a game. It's silly, it's an early VR game so it's not as polished, but the voice activated spellcasting and the level design are just amazing. Definitely a game you'll want to experience with friends.

"Stay tuned for even more content! Though the game has left EA, we’re still committed to its continued development. We are working on adding new, exciting features such as more magic spells, new systems, new areas, more monsters, and so much more!"
I don't know what happened to the devs, but they haven't been seen since 2018. No updates, no further games. It's a shame because this truly was a spectacular early VR game, and to think what they could do nowadays with the tech available? They'd probably put out the next gen Sword and Sorcery game.

XAREA, if you ever read this, PLEASE consider coming back <3
