Transition to ME. ME slowly gets up from small wood chair.
Camera pans around the small square dorm room and brightness is increased. The room is covered with pieces of paper- letters. Some are stained, wet, ripped, wrinkled, and worn out. Some words are in bold: MINECRAFT, LEFT 4 DEAD, HOMESTUCK, KATAWA SHOUJO.
Zoom in to ME's eyes.
Flashback to times of ME and YOU derping off.
Flashback ends with YOU leaving a scream of pain after a spider in MINECRAFT hits you for the last time.
Zoom into ME's fist clenching.
ME runs out the door, hastily grabbing ME's bag with papers flying out.
"I left my laundry unattended."

Looking up, ME realized that he had not been paying any attention to where he was going at all, but was not too surprised that he had managed to find his way to the bus stop. Clearly on some subconscious level, ME did want to take the chance. After all, through thick and thin and one stressful breakup over the phone, they were still together. Surely what their relationship could become was worth the risk, right...?

[car horn startles ME]
[ME looks up to see a bus driver peering at him from the driver's seat]

Only 30 minutes later did ME realize that he had forgotten to leave food out for his dogs.

Goodness knows even with two dogs the loneliness was still too much to bear. But there was still some trepidation. They'd been playing the long-distance relationship for so long. What if once they moved in together things went sour? What if living together brought to light some long-hidden flaws that managed to ruin whatever goodwill they had left between them? Breaking up over the phone--'twas a dark and melancholy time for both parties involved--was hard enough, but to have to do it face to face...

[Camera pans to last line on the paper]

[ME erupts in laughter once more, pain begins to set in as one too many laughs force their way out of ME's chest and more tears flow]
Chuckling, ME wipes a tear from his cheek. "Jesus, that was good." Setting the letter aside, ME turns to the two dogs sitting patiently on the white tile. "I'll be back, alright?" Both dogs comically tilt their heads toward the side at the same time, eliciting another chuckle from ME. Slinging a messenger bag over his shoulder, ME steps outside the door, eager to clear his head.
