Disappointing sequel to the highly regarded Galactic Civilizations II. Does not feature any real innovation over the previous installment, while many of the elements that were implemented so well in that game somehow seem to lack the proper polished and are poorly executed.

You'll get much more enjoyment just going back and playing Galactic Civilizations II, an older but still much superior game.
