The Witness is perfect from both a technical and gameplay perspective. An absolute masterpiece. It may not be for everyone, but anyone who is even remotely interested in puzzle games should give it a try. The open-world nature of the game can be overwhelming at first, and stumbling upon a puzzle that you don't know the rules for can be discouraging. My advice is to be patient, explore other areas of the island, and take a short break from the game if necessary.
