Having played Dark Souls remaster for few minutes and uninstalling it, this game hooked me right in. However it is not perfect. The problems i see is lack of notes/journal and after that navigation helper like minimap/3d arrows. I don't know how in the hell i would have known some things like hidden walls/new npc spawn point/something npc needs to progress etc without internet or exploring for literally ages. Especially don't like reloading area thing to reset/progress npc spawn/state. Moreover map reload after death even if you are dead next to grace/statue. Also missing names/indicators on npcs [friendly/foe]. Not indicating whether dialogue was exhausted, have to constantly talk to until eventually line is repeated, sometimes twice. If this was reworked, game would be flawless in my opinion.
Now few real examples where i was dissapointed:
in a basement there was npc A which after talked to was done. Had to reload area to find npc B in same spot and after talking to npc B, only then the first npc A would be interactable with in different area.... Furthermore both npc can be then summoned to fight each other with player's help but just outside the room which was explored beforehand making it seem there is no use to go there anymore [quest system flaw. Would be nice if after npc A dialogue is done, npc B would come right after and latter part would be clear with a cinematic or something]
After using certain lift you are presented with two scary dudes after going through an arc, most of the time i would believe focus would be on the enemies missing an npc who is just standing nearby them waiting for you to talk to. [No audio/visual cue]
There are more obviously, but they are very similar.
