I would like to preface this by saying that I don't game often, much less write reviews for games, but I need to write this considering I've put over 1k hours into this (almost as much as my CS:S/CS:GO time). I love this game. It's fun and immersive and it doesn't seem to get boring, but as I have played majority of 2020 away I can say that the game itself has major technical issues. I'm not a coder but I would feel as embarrassed about the bugs in this game. It's almost as bad as Cyberpunk 2020. Why update a game if the updates don't stick or work?

You fix the uppercut to have damage drop off at 96m yet I was KO'd with one at 115m. I should have been alive. I have killed people without getting hit markers and made headshots without my enemy going down. It's bugs like this that make the game unbearable to play and almost depressing to play. Hackers and ping abusers aside, this game is poorly maintained by its team and needs to be revamped for more even game play.

Speaking of even game play, it feels like at times the server prediction system is partial to you or another player. You will be at the same distance with the same shotgun and will down you but not the other guy (or vice-versa). Trading off shots is fun, but it's not fun with you're shooting a ghost, or what the server considers to be a ghost.

But hey, if you can over look all the things that make a shooter fun and like getting womped on by the veteran players then yeah, be my guest and play. It is the hardest for new players to get into this game because the learning curve is already steep, but it doesn't help when the game itself is stacked against you as well as the normal game things you gotta run into (glitches, hackers, etc).

And please don't get me started on match making in this game. I swear, you will spend more time looking for a team than you will playing this game. I'm over 3k kills with a positive KDA and I still get matched with people with less than 100 kills with insanely negative KDA. It's frustrating.

...the server predicting your actions wrong
...waiting endless minutes to find a team
...an abundance of hackers and ping abusers
then this game is for you.
