I honestly believe that I can regularly communicate telepathically with my dog. I've always known he was capable of understanding speech or at least at a very basic level interpret or read the thoughts I've transmitted to him. This started out with simple thoughts, where I've concentrated and thought of the action I wanted him to do rather than verbally communicate it - for instance I would think "sit" and visualize the action, and eventually he would sit. This went on for a couple of

months until he was able to do it consistently, at which point I moved on to more difficult actions. Things like "stay" or "lay down" eventually were communicated easily without any verbal ques or motions. We've since moved on to more difficult and more specific tasks, and he has since learned to shake, roll over or submit posts like this to reddit.
