Ok that's at least some info. Snakebite's a third-party app to MGSV. Does it work under WINE? If it does, the task comes down to setting WINEPREFIX to the path to the game's wineprefix and running the app inside of it probably.
The path to the prefix is $HOME/.local/share/Steam/steamapps/compatdata/<app_id>/pfx
If it doesn't... well, that would be a bit of a problem. The obvious paths from that point onward are:
* Pester WINE devs with a bugreport on the app
* Pester the app devs with a bugreport on not working on WINE
* Writing your own mod manager for Linux.
Maybe all of the above.
How about you come back when you can form an actual request for help that does not require me to do every single thing for you.
I'm sure that by the time you manage to explain the problem to me, you'll be able to form a proper google request instead.
It will magically answer any questions about linux that you may have.
