The controls are bad, the tutorials don't explain some really important things (or just plain contradict themselves), the camera is a pain, the skills seem to have very little to do with the characters who use them, and there is no way to find people to play with. There's some good stuff, like the character design and voice acting, but nowhere near enough to stop me from immediately uninstalling the game after banging my head on a wall for a few hours.
